Weight Controllers
 Hardy Instruments line of general-purpose and application specific weight controllers are used in a wide variety of applications such as Batching/Blending, Filling/ Dispensing, Check Weighing, Level by Weight, Force measurement, Rate Control and Rate Monitoring to name a few. They can operate as stand-alone controller or transfer clean, accurate weight data to a PC, PLC or DCS via a variety of network interfaces.
These Controllers use WAVERSAVER® to eliminate the effects of vibration on the weight signal, C2® to allow electronic calibration of the weighing system, Integrated Technician for system diagnostics and troubleshooting. A rear panel accessible Secure Memory Module allow the transfer of process weighing variables manually from one indictor to another in case of instrument replacements.
Floor Weigh Scales
Floor Scales are a line of low profile scales. Although designed and built for harsh chemical or wash down industrial environments, they are ideal for any weighing application. They are easy to use and install with the latest advancements in weighing technology. Gone are the manual multi-turn potentiometers for corner adjusting, just level the deck, attach the included twenty foot cable to a C2® compatible instrument, set your reference and begin.
Bench Weigh Scales
The ANY-WEIGH® Bench Scales are a very low profile industrial scale that is available with standard interfacing to a weigh instrument, or with built-in Device Net or analog 4-20mA electronics for direct connection to a PC or PLC network. All have C2® capabilities to allow electronic calibration of the scale without the use of test weights.
